Annual Library Plan 

The Council is required, each September, to submit for evaluation to the Department of Culture, Media and Sport, an Annual Library Plan.

The Plan is conducted on a 3 year rolling programme with Part A providing a general background to the authority and library service, produced every 3 years and Part B providing a performance appraisal and development plan, produced annually.

This year we are only required to submit Part B.
