How to apply for a course

If you would like to attend any course:

• Make a photocopy of the application form on Page 4
• Complete all sections of the form; if incomplete (e.g. no signature), it will be returned.
• Please note that bookings will not be accepted without a valid application form.
• Return the completed application form to: The Training Administration Team, The Early Years Service, 128 Pyle Street, Newport Isle of Wight PO30 1JW - either through the Green Bag or by post. (If returning form by post, please ensure there is sufficient postage on the envelope.) You may also scan and e-mail your completed form to lindsey.lazell@iow.gov.uk or fax 550931.
• A letter confirming a place will be sent to both the Applicant and their Manager/CPD Co-Ordinator.
• If the chosen course is fully booked, both Applicant and Manager/CPD Co-Ordinator will be advised and the Applicant’s name will be added to the Waiting List. If a place subsequently becomes available, he/she will be contacted.
