• Design, produce and provide a Training and Development programme which meets identified needs and priorities.
• Provide high quality support and resources to pre-school and school staff, and governors, and the wider educational community.
• Work co-operatively with other teams in Thompson House, the Education and Community Development Department, Isle of Wight Council and outside agencies.
• Develop links with other training providers.
• Provide an efficient financial service to schools and central service.
• Set targets for continuing improvement.
